24 million motorists(i) in the UK have not had an eye test

One survey runs by Swinton car insurance among 2,000 of it’s customer can be concluded into these results.

- 28% not visited an optician for between four and six years

- 16% between six and eight years

- 10% between eight and ten years

- 6% over 10 years.

In Uk, DVLA stated that all drivers entitled for a valid driving licence must be able to read a number plate from 20Metres distance using naked eye or even glasses to recognize the number plate.Fail means, poor eyesight and will results licence withdrawn immediately.

There are no oblgation in UK regulation on regular eyetest.But while driving, vision is very important to drivers safety.It is strongly recommened checking eyes at least once every 2 years.

Vision in car driving is very important,it is for our safety and most important others.You may lead to an accident if you needded glasses to drive but did not wear it.Specifically it is a criminal offence not to wear glasses while driving if you needed it.
